I work as a Process Coach, with equal emphasis on each of those words… PROCESS… COACH. And write, splash paint around, SING, and make strange sounds when I wake up in the middle of the night. I garden and climb the barn roof to scrape off the moss. Life as a musical is what I want. All of us expressing, dancing, embracing, as dramatic as we really feel, knowing it’s all a production with us the writers, directors, producers and stars!!!! And with acceptance and love for this amazing creation, the Universe, we’ve been co-creating.
I'm a process junkie, with a passion for becoming, evolving, feeling, and expressing, and with an irresistible penchant for coaching others wanting to discover, uncover, and grow into themselves and all their greatness! Creative expression gives me access to parts of me I never knew, much less accepted, or loved. Expressing from and for these parts is love. And love, real love, is it... the healing we've all been wanting!
